BASIL LIQUEUR
(Liguria)


INGREDIENTS

30-40 basil leaves

a bottle of sweet white wine

1 cup of pure alcohol

 

PREPARATION


Let the basil leaves soak in a liter of either a sweet
white wine of top quality, a moscato type or a malmsey,
to which will have to mix in the pure alcool.
Leave the infusion for 15 days, then filter it.
