BRUSCHETTA (Rome, Lazio)

 

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

8 Apulian bread slices

8 olive oil spoons

2 clovesof garlic

6 red tomatoes

a basil sprig

salt and chili pepper

 

PREPARATION

Toast the bread slices on a grill, then rub every slice with the garlic.
Cut the tomatoes in cubes, add some oil and place them onto the bread.
Sprinkle with the olive oil.
Salt and pepper and add minced basil.
