BUTTER BISCUITS

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

200 g of corn starch

200 g of flour

2 egg yolks

1 spoons of olive oil

150 g of sugar

250 g of butter

 

PREPARATION

 

Melt the butter and leave it lukewarm.
Prepare the dough by adding all the ingredients to the butter.
Lay out the dough on a floured cutting board leaving
a thickness of about 2-3 cm  (1 inch).  
Create your favorite cookie shapes, put them on a greased oven pan
 or sheet and cover with oven paper and cook at 140°C (285°F)
for 20-25 minutes.
