PREPARATIONIn a frying pan, add together the butter, the olives, the chili pepper and to the diced tomatoes. Cook over a vigourous flame for 10 minutes to thicken the juice. On the side, beat the eggs and, stirring with care, add the mozzarella cut into small cubes. Add the ingredients together and continue stirring carefully. Cover the frying pan in order to melt the cheese. Salt to taste before serving. |
