CORNMEAL COOKIES
 


INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

250 g of finely milled corn flour

150 g of butter

100 g of sugar

3 egg yolks

a handful of flour for the cutting board

a nut of butter for greasing use

 

 PREPARATION
 

Put the corn flour, sugar,
yolks and softened butter in a terrine and mix energetically
until obtaining a uniform.  
Using a rolling pin, lay out the dough on a floured cutting board
and cut the biscuits with a bisquit cutter in the shapes you like. 
 Put on a greased cookie oven pan or sheet and bake in
a pre-heated oven at 150°C (300°F) for about 20 minutes.
