GARLIC SAUCE
-Sicily-
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
4
cloves of garlic
A
handful of pine nuts
4
spoons of Parmesan grated
4
spoons of kitchen cream
1
cup of oil extra virgin of olive
Salt
PREPARATION
Put the garlic and the pine nuts in the mortar
(or pass them in the
mixer) until obtaining a homogenous mixture.
Add the parmesan,
stirring in order to amalgamate,
then add the cream.
Stirring with
care,
add the salt and the oil finely while continuing to stir.
Can
use this mixture to flavor pasta,
boiled vegetables, etc
