HERBAL TEA OF LINDEN TREE, MAUVE AND VANILLA

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

½ liter of water

4 spoons of tea from mauve petals and leaves

2 spoons of tea from linden tree petals

1 twig of  vanilla

 

 PREPARATION

 

Place the leaves and petals of mauve together
with the dried linden tree petals, break them up into little pieces allow them to marinate for an hour in cold water, together
with a crushed  twig of  vanilla.  
Put it then in the saucepan over a low flame,
 bring it to a boil and remove from heat.
Wait 5 minutes, then  filter. 
 Serve with  the sugar on the side.
