MUSHROOM SAUCE (Trentino)

 

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS:

a sprig of parsley

1 clove of garlic

20 small mushrooms (porcini or mixtures)

a piece of butter

½ cup of dry white wine

½ cup of tomato sauce

salt and pepper

PREPARATION

In a pot fry the parsley and garlic for a minute in the butter,
add the very clean mushrooms cut into small pieces and cook lightly for 10 minutes. Pour in the wine and let it evaporate. 
Then add the tomato, and let to cook for 20 minutes.
