TROUBLESOME OMELETTE
(Piemonte)

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS


6 eggs

20 slices of salami

4 spoons of grated Parmesan

salt and pepper

frying oil 

PREPARATION


Grind the salami. In a bowl, beat the eggs and add in the ground salami,
 the grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Combine all ingredients well, heat the frying oil
then pour it into the pan.  When one side is fried,
turn it over and brown the other side. 
Before serving, dry the excess grease with a paper towel.
