ORANGE, LAVENDER AND MELISSA HERBAL TEA

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

½ liter of water

1 orange

2 spoons of melissa leaf tea

2 spoons of lavender flower tea

 

PREPARATION

 

Take the melissa leaves and lavender flowers,
break them up into pieces and let them marinate in a saucepan
of cold water for an hour.  
Put the saucepan over a low flame, until it comes to a boil.  
Remove from heat and add the juice from the orange to the tea.  
Wait 5 minutes, filter and, if desired,
sweeten to taste.
