ROSE SHERBERT

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

A large handful of rose petals

2 glasses of water

2 spoons of rose water

chopped ice

 

PREPARATION

 

Prepare a brew putting the rose petals in the water
and bring it to a boil, then let cool.
Shortly before serving, pour 5 or 6 spoons of the
infusion into each glass and add it to the chopped ice.
