SAUSAGES WITH BLACK CURRANT AND RASPBERRIES
(Trentino)

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

8 pieces of sausage

2 spoons of butter

1 fist of raspberries

1 fist of berries of black currant

2 spoons of dry white wine

PREPARATION

>Take a nonstick frying pan and to melt the butter over a low flame. 
Place in the skinned pieces of sausage cut in half. let the meat brown,
throwing away excess grease.
Add the wine and cook to evaporation.
