SPAGHETTI CARBONARA
(Tuscany)

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

500 grams of spaghetti

4 eggs

4 thick slices of bacon

a little piece of butter

4 spoons of grated Parmesan cheese

salt and ample black pepper

PREPARATION

Cut the bacon in cubes and brown them the butter until golden,
then turn off the flame and leave it to cool. In a bowl,
 beat the eggs adding a good measure of black pepper,
 then mix in the cheese.
Bring a large pot to boil with ample salted water,
 cook the spaghetti until firm without overcooking, then drain it.
Add the egg sauce and the bacon.
Stir together in order to thicken the egg mixture and serve.
