TISANE OF VALERIAN, HAWTHORN AND ORANGE

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

 

½ liter of water

1 organic orange

4 spoons of tea from hawthorn petals

4 spoons of tea from valerian leaves

 

PREPARATION

 

Break up the dried hawthorn petals and dried petals and leaves  
from the valerian into pieces and let them marinate
for an hour in cold water, together with grated orange peel.  
Put it in a saucepan over a low flame,
bring it to a boil and remove from heat.
Add squeezed orange juice.
Wait 5 minutes, then  filter.  
Serve with  the sugar on the side.
