INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

10 eggs yolks 

5 cups of marsala

6 cups of sugar

3 cups of pure alcohol ( 90°)

a stick of vanilla

a stick of cinnamon

10 cups of milk

PREPARATION


Put the milk with cinnamon and vanilla sticks in a pot
and bring to boil, then take away from the flame.
 On the side, beat the egg yolks with the sugar,
until forming a dense cream, to which you will add the alcool.
Stir the marsala in the milk and add the liquid to the egg
and sugar mixture. Let the vov aside for about an hour,
then filter and bottle it.
